A £20 per item deposit is requiered to secure your slot before you post your items off.
You will be contacted when your keepsake is ready to post with a pic of your item and a request for the remainder of payment.
Waitlist time varies but I will try to give you an accurate time to expect your keepsake usually within 5-6 weeks depending on my workload . I will keep in touch and advise of this
